Brief description about me

Hi, I am pranav. I work in Subex Ltd, as a java,gwt developer. I've completed my B.E in 2011 and i joined subex in July, 2011.

Challenges in job

Everyday there comes issues from QA as well as directly from Customers that we call a Heat Issue. After looking into issue it help me in learning various aspects of developments like what and all scenario could be there, what and all we missed during development etc. it always gives me a new way of thinking about every problem if we've one answer with us.

Job made easy

Having a experienced team-mates and co-operative people helped me a lot.

My prospective towards India technical developments

In spite of having excellent talent in india we are lagging in this view because of lack of people with "entrepreneurial skills" . we are happy to be a service provider rather than developing @ our own. Most of people thinks of a good job and nobody thinks about anything new. all the talent is engaged in serving others job not about thinking something new. one more thing that i think is if people has some idea then it is not given a proper platform to work upon.

My goal

My ambition is to be an entrepreneur. As India is a challenging and evolving place for technology my goal is to establish at my own.

family background

Basically i am born in Bihar, brought up in Delhi. My father is an engineer in merchant navy.I've two sisters, elder one is married and younger has just finished her B.A from Delhi University.

Advice to professionals

I would like to convey him/her to learn everyday something new. listen to your seniors as they are great source of knowledge. we all know there is a huge gap b/w our education system and industry standards.

I would like to convey that there is a huge gap in our industry and education system, so better try to learn, study for knowledge not for marks.
