My achievements
Every morning, I pray to GOD, please put someone in front of me who may need my help and give me the ability to help that person. I feel good when I help people in which ever way I can.
Ensuring success
Knowledge is something that can never be lost, so I am continuously learning.
I read a lot of books on leadership, watch videos, anything from where I can get a new perspective.
I have started writing, this really helps me understand my views on leadership, get feedback on them and see how I can adapt them to improve them.
I look to get feedback from my teams, to see what people feel is working, and what isn’t.
The more we share, the more we learn, the more we learn, the better we understand, the better we understand, the better we can be!
My role model
My inspiration is my life because every aspect of my life has taught me how to fall and how to rise beyond any circumstance.
My family background
I come from a business oriented family and I was first child in my family to get into Engineering. I live in Fairfield, Connecticut with my Wife Janita and two lovely daughters Muskan & Sanjna.
Brief description about me
I am a Founder and Enterprise Architect of Evaltech, Inc, which is Enterprise Solutions Evaluating Company focused on provding unbiased evaluation results to our clients. I live in Fairfield, Connecticut with my Wife Janita and two lovely daughters Muskan 881984 Sanjna.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
There are many qualities that leaders should possess: honesty; integrity; vision; drive, energy; charisma; the list of desirable traits is long.
Integrity is very important, this is what allows a leader to build trust, and we all know how important trust is in a relationship.
However, if I had to pick the most important characteristic, I would say that humility is number one.
Humility is the quality or condition of being humble; modest opinion or estimate of one’s own importance, rank, etc.
More about myself
I would like to share a little secret about my growth. Silicon India has played a very important role in my career development. Infact I started Evaltech back in 2001, while I was working as a Principal Consultant and used to commute from Connecticut to NYC. I read Silicon India almost every day and got inspired by many success stories. These stories motivated me to start my own company.
Important decision
It was my dream to start my own company here in United States, I started Evaltech in 2001. That year was not a very good year to start a company but I think I made a wise decision that really inspired me to get to the next level of my achievements.
Important lesson learned
There are many things that we learn from life. Many of those things are not taught in schools or universities.

The lessons we learn in life can have a great influence in building our character.

The most important lessons I learnt in my life are:
1) I have no way of controlling what others say and do, I can only control my reaction.
2) The action of an idea is more powerful than an idea in itself.
3) Leverage is the key to scalability
Thoughts on Education system of our country
There are many good things that I can talk about the education system in India, but I would like to see kids to have more freedom to choose their own path. Also I would like to see High Schools teaching soft skills to the students and just not the academic aspect.
Couple of years from now
I am planning to launch a product called 'Konsear'. Konsear will help business travelers and locals to match their interest with the local offers. I would like to see this product grow and help people in matching their lifestyle.
My strongest skill
Leadership, Optimism, Achiever, Respecting others & Helper
Initiative to develop a country
There is a very interesting Book 'Vision, Values & Velocity' by Sam Pitroda. This book gives a reality check on the system in India. Infrastructure is a key to success, if we professionals focus on India's Infrastructure, lot can be done.
