I am doctorate in Animal Reproduction, Gynaecology and Obstetrics with sub field as Embryo biotechnology. I have taught undergraduate, masters and Doctoral students in my field of research and at graduation level courses.

My Advice

hard work and learning by doing and understanding by living in the system helps to generate the skill of animal scientist and welfare of animal livestock for human development.

Unique way of teaching

Use of teaching through media/presentations is the need of hour. the practical skill generation by hands on practice is important. And extra reading through books and websites is remarkable. teaching should be prefered over other aspects such as research and extension for the development of skilled workers in the field.

Family Background

I am from a middle class salaried family all being in the Education line in teaching, research and extension education in colleges and research Institutes.

Most Challenges facing by students

the biggest challenge is environment free of drugs and an atmosphere for skilled studies and the availability of good teachers who can transcribe the education into them.

Favorite Non-Academic books

the non academic books to strengthen my language I use News paper editorials, reader digest magazine for vocabulary and the TV for science channels.

Important Lesson

Never by pass your seniors or teachers no doubt how qualified you are. Respect your teacher all your life. Honesty is the best policy. Create an atmosphere free of back pulling and groupism at workplace.

When my students excel in the field they always remember my nature of teaching.

Strongest Subject

My strogest subject is animal reproduction, Gyanecology and Obstetrics as I have a vast experience and strong clinics in this field, besides a very good skill for Embryo Transfer in Farm animals.

the research aspect is being translated to the end user for its implementation, training in different aspects, generation of skilled workers and self employment.

Training students in moral values along with best educational teaching can develop a prosperous Nation with golden era.

My role model is the teaching of The Holy Guru Granth sahib which I always try to follow by heart in order to deliver the best in my professional as well as social life.

Outlook about way to raise quality education

The recruitment of best teaching faculty through talent hunt on non-reservation basis and without any outside approach should be the sole criteria of selection of teachers for various Institutes. The education sector should have ample funds and the education should not be allowed to get commercialized. The education sector should provide free and cheap education to the deserving and hardworking in order to build a strong nation.
