My family background
I come from a family of poor farmer, who was exploited by the villagers and so. Later my father became Assistant Registrar in University of Delhi through his untiring struggle. Mother also from a family of farmer. Father and father duo made us learn basics of life and we went on growing. We learned a lot from their personal life how they proceeded when faced with regular oppositions.
Important decision
Contribution to professional excellence combined, seeing people grow, exploring their life with inherent potential and the key to development of human as a personality is aim of my life.
My achievements
I have been able to maintain my character both in personal and professional life. I respect my Indian culture immensely.

Brief description about me
Originally I am a thinker on behavioral pattern of human kind, spiritualist with firm beliefs in Indian traditions since they are found most scientifically. I am B.Com from Delhi University, PGDCA from Kurukshetra College, PGDBA(HR) from Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning. I have about 18 years of experience in NCTE. Right now I am looking after e-governance part of the organisation. I have dealt with HR, General Administration, Legal and Appeal Matters, Academic and Regulatory work. NCTE is a statutory body of Govt. of India (WWW.NCTE-INDIA.ORG)
Initiative to develop a country
Just identify their true potential and explore it like sky is the limit. Entrepreneurship is the key to development.
My role model
Only sages inspire me and no other. I worship Swami Ji Maharaj of Pitambara Peeth, Datia, M.P., Shri Vishnu Tirath Maharaj and Swami Shivanand of Rishikesh.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
We are rich in education content but in methodology we lack. We need to reinvent our own culture and export the education to the rest part of the world. This would save a lot of money.
Important lesson learned
Meditating within provides most of the answers. So one should keep on talking to himself/herself.
