I am Patanjali. I have completed my Master Of Computer Applications course in 2008. I have 3 years of experience in IT sector. I am currently working for IBM, Bangalore. I am neither lead nor manager.

Challenges in job
Being in the team and working with team are the challenging things as per my expertise. Improving communication and personality development skills helps us to grow in our career.

Hard work and dedication. Completing the task within scheduled time and managing pressure from client side under hectic work.

My point of view
There is nothing wrong in it. I can say Indians are always part of product success. All the products in the market have been developed with the involvement of Indians. We are always behind every successive product.

My goal
To become project manager in Microsoft.

My father is a farmer. Mother is home maker. I have one sibling named Pruthvi. He is pursuing 10+2.

Advice to professionals
Communication plays major role in IT sector. Most of the candidates in India lacking with communication especially who are from remote areas. They have to concentrate on communication.

Advice to students
Be truthful to your self. IT sector lacking professionals and we have lot of requirement for talented guys. Please keep high focus on learning technologies and be updated with the market. Sure, one day you will be highly required for the industry. To do this lot of concentrate and patience required. ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR FUTURE.
