Ensuring Success
Growing together is the Mantra. Grow and let other grow and help everyone grow in the team. We will certainly move to the next level of the leadership when, we give an opportunity to other to grow.
My current job profile
Founder & CEO of Spica Star Systems (, has around 15 years of experience in the areas of Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Pre-Sales and Client Management across different International Geographies. Currently providing the leadership and handling operational & strategic initiatives at Spica Star.
My advice
Encourage and keep your work environment lively. Especially, make your team-mates to happy & comfortable to work with you. Appreciate their achievements in meetings & take a private call to point out their mistakes.
Important decision
To stop working for somebody but to provide opportunities to many by being an entrepreneur.

Handling Office disputes
Listening and understanding is the first thing I do. Giving ears to the problem of employees makes them comfortable even before it gets solved. Then make them understand the reality.
Essential skills required for leaders
Give equal importance and respect others ideas and suggestions in work. Share the success with the team & face the failures.

Managing personal and professional life
Connecting right dots always doesn’t happen. It's all depends, how fast & good in recognising the wrong dots. Connecting the right dots becomes pretty easy once we identify the wrong dots.

My family background
Father Mr. Theenathayalan, was working for Indian Railways. Mother Mrs. Kalyani, was a home maker. We were four four children (two boys and two girls) to them. I was the last son. Brother Mr. Raveendran, works for government sector and sisters are married and home makers. Married to Dr. Deepa who is a Scientist and having a lovely son who is four years now.
My inspiration
Many people in various time but, in particular, my father Mr. Theenathayalan, who was running a contented life. I never seen him exited to show his happiness or down to show his sorrows. He takes life as it comes!
My prospective towards India Technological development
Absolutely, we have so much techies in our country but, work for the company which are other nations. As of my knowledge, most of the tech products are developed by our techies with the foreign label.

My concern & worries are that, most our youngsters are running out of guidance & support to convert their thoughts / ideas into reality. Guidance & support in term of, protecting their ideas & the right place to go and approach for the funds. We have to put a huge effort in train our techies to create awareness that how a small idea of their own makes them an entrepreneur. I am sure, this sort of our efforts will get us many tech products with our own (Indian) label.
