Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

Well my father is retired person and my mom is a homemaker. I have 3 siblings all of them are married. I belongs to a family where a values have lots of importance in life, where i learnt so many things related to management and life.

My family makes my proud for every single second.

Career Profile:

My current Responsibilities are quiet different from that of the other. As of now i am handling Admin & Facility where each n everything has to be approved while on my previous profile I am handling Admin & Marketing as well also, where i the person who is going to took decision.

Required Reading:

pathways to the common core, the daily five, Engage, Let Your Life Speak: Listening for the Voice of Vocation, The Leadership Challenge, Amazon.com, google.com, siliconindia.com, linnkin.com etc., update about the new technology, finance of the country, budget of the country etc.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

Its changes a lo we can see a person is changes from his childhood to old age, as when a person joined as fresher he have to learn so many things have to learn corporate rules and ethics of working and in this scenario sometimes he get rewards or sometimes he is exploits from superior ones.

The Decisions That Matter

I am still on the way to achieve the or you can say fulfill my self esteem and self actualization needs, whenever i achieve these goals of my life then i say yup i had some good decision in my career and for this i am on the track, so as of now i am being working as Admin Incharge for cmc ltd.

Working Life Management:

If you keen to achieve your goals of life, if you have some will to achieve the targets then you don't need to manage the work life, things will go accordingly in favor of you, yup sometimes u face some difficulties but it comes with new things to gain some more knowledge to stand in front of it...

Other Thoughts:

Yaa i just to say that we don't know what we were in our previous life we only know about this life so don't waste this life as we don't know whether it will be given back or not so whatever your goals work hard with smart work to achieve it so that you will be recognized by others.

Degrees That Matter:

Yaa education is quiet compulsory for getting an entry level job in an organization and for a good professional we should be professionally certified. It will increase your mentoring level and enhance your thinking to take frequent and good decisions based on your previous experience.

The Journey So Far:

Well i started my career as an DATA Entry operator in Mohali and my first take home salary is Rs 3000 it is in 2001. After that i realize to earn more i have to learn more n after completion of my MBA is again started my carrier as an admin executive from pune and now i am in cmc ltd as an admin off

Done Differently:

Well i don't want to start my career all over again n feel the pain, if i got to start i will prefer to start a new company of my own and utilizes all my experience and contacts to upgrade the graph of my company.

Advice For New Professionals:

Just to say that take each n everything in the workforce as a challenge and enjoy the corporate world with lots of ups and downs and enjoy the politics of the corporate cause this is the real world where you can learn lots of things about yourslf also

Role Model:

Well my parents are my Role MOdel, he inspires my coz many times they diminishes their wishes, their views just to make me happy just to fulfill my dreams. Several times they used to make cost cutting in home to fulfill my desire.

So they are my ROLE MODEL FOREVER .

Job Profile:

Well I am Admin In Charge in my current organisation handling all the admin work for the office. If i go for a brief i am handling whole office from pin to point dats all.

Growth Strategy:

Well no one is perfect over here and every time a person learns from his mistakes and faults, so do i, and i am learning from my faults what helps me to enhance my thinking to take decisions even in critical conditions also.
