Role Model:

There are so many new things are coming in IT field and we must be updated with that. Need is the mother of invention, in IT field being updated with current technologies is need. :)

Changes In The Professional Environment:

I was part of MNC company and now also part of a leading company, at both places the professionalism is same.

The Journey So Far:

I started my IT career in July 2006 as a Junior Programmer on Java, PHP, Oracle Technologies

Other Thoughts:

During my IT career I experienced two things, one was certified professionals growth in IT industry and other engineering graduates growth who joined IT companies without any certification.

A certified professional achieves managerial level in 3-5 years where non certified takes years after big struggle.

The Decisions That Matter

initially I started with PHP technology, post realizing hot technologies immediately moved with Java technology, on becoming expert in Java turned to Oracle PLSQL

Job Profile:

I joined as Jr. Developer and then promoted as Sr. developer in Java and Oracle.

Working Life Management:

Whatever is your role / designation your work and life should be balanced.

I have managerial skills which help me leading different teams

Prized Accomplishment(s):

Our main goal is placements of our students in IT MNCs, we are concentrating on this main thing and I am proud of providing correct career path to our students for their successful IT career. There are many cases where students lost hopes of getting job in IT company, to such students we guided with correct courses and today they are part of big IT MNCs.

Plans For The Future:

Along with SEED Infotech - Wagholi , I am running Taksh Technologies software development company, I am visualizing both SEED Infotech - Wagholi and Taksh Technologies at top after couple of years. SEED Infotech Ltd. Pune already achieved top and completed 20 successful years.

Contribution to the field

I would not like to share the company name and their internal applications, however I would like to tell that I have handled the entire online websales for a MNC in my IT career, developed and maintained customer portals, buy online portals etc..

I am owner of SEED infotech wagholi branch now and running SEED Infotech wagholi center, since SEED Infotech is in IT software courses training and placement and I have around 8 years experience in IT, there is no difference in the role which was earlier and now. My previous experience is value addition to my current role and its advantage for my centers students also.
