Family Background

My father is a retired Geologist. My mother is an housewife. My elder brother is business person. We are a upper middle class family. My family always supports me for my career growth.

Challenges facing by students

As a student only passing the graduation is not important, but getting placed in any college campus is most important. Because it is very difficult to get an good job without any placement. The student have to struggle for his very first job. So as per my opinion the biggest challenge facing by any student is getting placed in a campus interview.

About Myself

I born in a middle class family. I have done my B. E. in Electronics Engineering in 2010. Then I came to Pune & got my very first job as Sales Engineer. Currently I am working In San Telequip Pvt. Ltd., Pune As Sales Engineer.

Most influenced factor

My Father. He is the only person who appreciated me for having career in Industrial sales.

First Job Expectation

Be Confident. & be polite with HR. & most important be disciplined.

Most proud accomplishment

Once there was Flood in Chandrapur (my home town) & my home was also flooded by river water. At that time we have been rescued by an Air Boat. But after leaving our house our boat started to Sink. & there was 21 people on that boat including me, my mother & my father. & because of gods goodness I saved the lives of all 21 people including me. for this bravery the media also mentioned my story in news paper. So according to me this was my proud moment for the rest of my life.

Now a days the technology is innovating new things every day. Now students getting support from there college authorities. the technology is getting advanced every day by new innovating ideas of students.

Most flourishing college experience

There is an contest held at pune called All India Robotics contest ROBOCON every year in the month of Feb. I have participated with my team of 21 members from my college, MIET Gondia. & we have scored all india rank of 7. & we also got an award for most economical Robo in India. I was the Team Leader. So That was my most rewarding experience during college days.

I have read the book named "3 mistakes of my life" written by Chetan Bhagat. It have changed my view about life.

Spare time activities

I like to watch Discovery Channel. & I also like to watch Cricket. L Like to play cricket as well when i got time to play.

Time Management

I make notes for my pending work first.Then i make list of 'A', 'B' & 'C' grade work to do. then i arrange then in a manner that Pending work is to be done first & then A grade, B grade & at last C grade work. In this way i schedule my time.
