My accomplishments
Worked with multi cultural colleagues and liked their values given by them to grow in my career.
My corporate journey
Its a sine wave to be frank till this moment. I was sailing smoothly in the professional world when I decided to go for higher studies. That was the peak point when I neglected the sponsorship offered by my employer. However the economic downturn was the sinking point. But I am back to upturn now.
My role
I am a senior algorithm developer in a startup featured in the companies attempting pilot projects with US Gov.
Upcoming Language with embedded systems
I would say its time that Java or C# is growing in leaps and bounds despite the stable C language stagnation
Money vs Job Satisfaction
Job Satisfaction. You should love what you are doing everyday. Monetary benefits automatically make it when you reach your targets.
Area of specialization
Architectural description languages, internet of things, internet of cars, self driving cars, telematics and infotainment
My advice
Be smart. Make the most out of the available resources. Never say die attitude on any task,
After few years
I would wish to make it to the executive level of the organization with which I am now
My Important role
I was part of a giant company. I was given a role to lead a large number of new entrants. There was a target set to promote a lot of open innovative ideas for showcasing to clients. I made sure there were enough number of ideas that will fetch them business for the years ahead.
Books recommended
embedded.com, SAE, IEEE, IETE, huffington post, blogs well rated
My role model
There are several of them known for their respective roles. But I rate John Nash the best of all.
My family background
I come from an upper middle class family with my parents as supporting most of the decisions I make. I have been loving them and will continue to do so till the rest of my life for all the sacrifices they have made for me.
Scope of embedded systems
Its an evergreen industry. You need to choose which way you want to head. You have to be different to get recognized.
Degree recommended
Industrial experience is the most valuable one. Basic engineering degree is enough. You have to be greedy in learning whatever comes your way.
