Ensuring success
I think the best way to do this is: to set clear bold goals, monitor these goals and report progress regularly against them. These goals need to be: simple to understand; challenging and inspirational; easy to communicate.
At some point of time in my career, I have to decide if I want to continue on a technical path I follow:
1. Discipline
2. Constant Learning
3. Know How to Delegate
4. Handling Conflicts
5. Be a Follower
Important lesson learned
Failure Is Absolutely Necessary: If you were incredible at everything you did, your life would be monotonously mundane. The people around you wouldn’t be able to relate, as they are likely flawed. Your isolation from experience in a way isolates you from the rest of society. The prospect of failure makes reaching the finish line so much more rewarding; you need to learn to embrace criticism. You need to experience growth.
My achievements
This is my greatest accomplishment, being here, interviewing with you, having this opportunity. My greatest accomplishment isn’t in the past, it’s the present, this moment, the ‘right now’. I’m living my greatest accomplishment every minute of every hour of every day.
Brief description about me
My role largely responsible for providing operational database services to the organization. Some of the primary responsibilities of this role would include owning, tracking and resolving database related incidents and requests, fulfilling requests and resolving incidents within SLAs, reviewing service related reports (e.g: database backups, maintenance, monitoring) on a daily basis to ensure service related issues are identified and resolved within established SLAs, responding to database related alerts and escalations and working with database engineering to come up with strategic solutions to recurring problems.
Initiative to develop a country
It is not only the Government's role to make India a developed nation. People of the country should also take responsibility. Education and Job Creation will be the key factors involved. Citizens with enough disposable income must do charity as a part of life - not only to save tax, but with a genuine concern. Collective efforts to educate poor children and develop rural areas can make a huge difference.

Influenced by
My family gave me a good value system to live up to and my parents gave me the gift of love. It may sound corny but they shown me that never giving up on those you love and care for mean a great deal. That family comes first above all other things and your true friends you can count on one hand.
My strongest skill
Positive Attitude:
Attitude is everything in a job setting. No one wants to be around negativity: A negative person, who is always complaining and never happy, cannot expect to be hired or considered for a promotion. Give negativity the nix and put on that positive face for your interview. This is not a "Pollyanna" type false happiness. This is a self-confidence that exudes from you the minute people meet you.
My role model
My greatest inspiration came from the works of A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. His constant motivation and passion for what he loved among many other achievements, really inspired me to do the same in my life.
