Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am from very small and typical villiage and we are from Agriculture background in Andhrapradesh.

we are three brothers and all three are into IT industry and my father and mother do cultivation.

I am Married and have 2 years daughter and my wife is house Maker
A Fine Balance:
I give more than 100% to my work during office hours and spend less time during off hours. I dedicate my weekends to personal life until unless I have pending official work. I Utilize my vacations properly for family work and visit my home town and meet relatives and friends atleast once a quarter
Points of inflection
I took gap of 11 months in between my career to start my own business but couldn’t succeed

Application of the theories studied and maintainng the best practices gained in the experience.
