Brief description about me

Qualification is a basis for a professional. But still the attitude that is formed in practical execuation paves way to sucess in onces endeavour. After completing my commerce graduation I got thro' article ship training but not exams. That has not let me down to come up. Profession shall not only be in quaification but it shall be ine once attitude and is nothing but persisting in execution from the beginning till end without redoing. Though I have lot of changes in my carrier all that enrich my exposure to face any facet of any industry practically.

My achievements

In one of my assignment [Property Development Co] I was given the task of streamlining their purchases. Though practically existing people doesn't have the basic knowledge of procurement, I took that task and formed a successful Purchase Department within a span of three months including framing SoP forms, procedures and policies.

In another assignment [Software Company] I was handing payroll on indegineous programmed software nearly for 180 staffs without any support though the program got corrupted that could not be rectified as the source file is lost and I was working only with execution file. I have handled independently completely from the stage of handling data base till salary is credited, including payslip, TDS calculation, PF formalities etc apart from handling cash and general accounts.

I have good exposure in startup company.

Chief Manager of a Nationalised Bank sent an appreciation mail to MD of my company in handling documentation for facilities sanctioned.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

Understanding the concept clearly undoubtedly, persistance in executing and guiding till the end in a comprehensive manner.

My spouse is Physics Graduate an experienced teacher.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Education system shall be framed that doesn't let down our culture and standard of living.
Education shall be made intersting and not a burdening one.
Nothing shall be imposed.
Cost of education shall not be an hindrance considering its contribution for society development.
People at apex framing educational system shall be from different walks of life having good exposure and expertise.
Oppurtunity to get educated shall be open to all and shall not be based on any reservation.
People at apex framing edcuational system shall be functioning independantly not be influenced in any manner.

Initiative to develop a country

Professionals shall not get influenced for any benefits that lets down any development.

Definitely in a better position.
