Being different

Now I am experienced and expertise in my field and discipline and area. During initial stage as a fresher, I had some responsibility to learn new thing from our colleague. As we aware that learning is process and we shall be having the interaction from lower level worker to head of our discipline. I learned much technical information about design and troubleshooting during fabrication of equipment from our Fitter (ITI education holder) and welder to approach practically the design and implement/correct in design aspects. The practical people are the first teacher/Guru in professional life.
Once candidate got the engineering graduate degree, think that they are very talent and know everything. First we remove our mask of engineer from our mind, respect from the lower level and learn the new concept from every technical person.

My first entry company is a fabrication and EPC contractor for all type of chemical industries. I have involved in various project and exposure in the field of Pharmaceuticals, copper refineries, Airport projects, LPG bottling plant, Refrigerant and all type of chemical industries.The exposure is my first achievement and implemented latest technologies in the projects.

My important career decision

I started my carrier in EPC contractor in industries and will not deviate from my profile if I get more packages. After gain the experience, I switch over to design company.
