Managing the team to meet set performance targets. Provide management information (applying MIS) to the senior management team. Review the team and individual statistics on a daily basis to ensure targets are met on a continuum basis. Identify ways of improving business processes to facilitate improvements and business benefit. Carry out performance assessments, personnel development, interviews, planning and undertake the necessary actions that arise. Undertake feedback and appraisal exercise within the realms of competence, legislation and experience in a professional and timely manner. Coordinating in recruitment and training exercises.
