• Using the E-Verification tool to confirm

• Maintaining the verification reports

Payroll:
• Giving inputs to Payroll team on terminations,
transfers, Leave.
• Informing Payroll about all Projects,
Salary changes of all employees.
• Validating payroll with
Project/Account Managers.
• Preparation of Not in Payroll
list.
D. Benefits:
• Enrolling employees in Medical
benefits
• Updating their benefits and personal
information.
• Informing employees regarding Plans details,
deductions and contact details of the medical service
providers.
• Coordinating with the medical service
providers.
• Giving inputs to Payroll on medical
deductions.
• Conducting audit
E. Leaves:
• Preparation
of Leave Report
• Updating and Maintaining leave records of
all employees in PSHRMS System
• Validating time sheets of the
employees.
F. Performance Management:
• Testing the
Performance Management System.
• Conducting training sessions
for employees for using the PMS system.
• Collating and
Validating the Appraisal data of eligible
employees
• Coordinating with the employees and managers for
on time completion of the appraisal process.
• Generation and
Analysis of Appraisal status reports
• Issuing Salary
Revision letters to the employees
• Co-ordinating with finance
and payroll on Salary changes.
