Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I was in a small village near Muzaffarnagar UP.My father is a farmer and mom is housewife.My parents really worked very hard with a limited income to help me reach where I am today.

Plans for the Future

After couple of years I would really love to get promoted to next level.

Role Model

My parents are my role models as they have helped getting educated in a very educationally backward environment.Everybody used to think that there is no need for education as there are not enough jobs in the market and in the end they will end up doing some mechanical jobs.

Currently working at

I am leading a team of software testing professional.And the purpose is to give defect free deliveries in efficient way by using latest technology,processes and tools.

Changes in the industry

Yes it has changed a lot.Now the perceptions has changed that anybody can do testing and everybody sees that as a professionals.Now most of the projects even in small companies are having dedicated testing teams.And now tools are getting more importance.

Current and Previous Responsibilities

• Analyzed requirements and developed test cases based on functional Specifications.
• Involved in preparing test plan and creating test cases

• Reporting and tracking defects till closure
• Involved in testing Strategies
And test result Reporting to higher managment.

A Fine Balance:

You need to give importance to both.And if your partner is understanding things become easy.Credit goes to my wife for balancing my personal life.And Work life is very well balanced by me.

I am CSTE,ISEB ISTQB,ITIL Foundation V3,OCA 10g 1,Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional.I recommend ISTQB,CSTE to all testing professional.

The Journey So Far

Its been good and very challenging.I was born and brought up in a village.And I shift my base to New delhi where I competed with best of talents to get admission into B.Tech in central University and then getting jobs in top MNC's.All I can say "Life is good enjoy it"
