As an independent consultant in the development field, I see myself leading project teams successfully to deliver projects.
Career Profile:
Responsible for the proper conduct and project management of the entire consulting services and the principal contact person between the Consultant team and the Client. The assignment entails the following tasks:
• Mobilise Consultant‘s Team,
• Initial Client Visit,
• Conduct a pre-training skills audit of the selected trainees,
• Develop and customize the training material for the training program to fit FRSC needs,
• Develop a training schedule, methodology and approach
• Assess and give feedback on each of the trainees’
• Mentor and coach the trainees at the different sites
• Provide regular feedback and reports to the Corps.
• Preparation and Submission of Reports

Family Background
My forefathers came from Lucknow, India and settled in East Bengal now Bangladesh.in the 20th century. later we migrated to West Pakistan. They were traders of game skin and later set a furniture factory in East Bengal. With the disintegration of Pakistan, we had to migrate to West Pakistan and start our live afresh in 1971. My wife's forefathers are from the famous Nawab of Dhaka family.
The Journey So Far:
It has been a scintilating experince so far with many ups & downs seeing steep rises and sudden downfuls being at the receiving end of downsizing. Over all it has been a complete learning experience of over 40 years. After completing my MBA, I started as Assistant Investment in a development baking subsequently getting an expatriate assignment in Botswana Developemtn Corporation. Currenbtly, I can be termeed as a senior and highly experienced Management Professional and Consultant with a sustained record of success in the market place. Extensive background in diverse service operations, managing human resource development, training, capacity building & strategic change. An inspirational leader and outstanding team player, who through a collaborative approach creates robust strategies to translate vision into achievements. Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with with an excellent oral & written communication skills.
Working Life Management:
Despite heavy load of work, I look for opportunities to move around with my family
