Turn around of loss making bank/branches, application of spirituality in practical life, educational qualifications, continuous efforts to learn and apply in life. Played pivotal role in turn around of erstwhile Sabarkantha Gandhinagar Gramin Bank, now Dena Gujarat Gramin Bank. Worked as General Manager (CEO) of Kaira District Central Cooperative (KDCC) Bank to turn around bank from loss of Rs. 510 million to profit making DCCB in India.

Ensuring success

Equip myself with latest knowledge and its application in daily work and personal life. Science and technology growing at alarming speed and to keep life in balance with silence, study spiritual knowledge regularly and trying to practice it in daily life. Try to live natural way of life and return back to nature for getting all facilities, with peace, bliss, love and happiness.

Good education system in India. Sometime feel for more details but applicability depends on the field of study.

My strongest skill

To observe the situation in overall perspectives, not just one aspect. To site an example, at 38 years age I joined as CEO of loss making District Central Cooperative Bank in India to turn around it. In the beginning, make detailed study within month with the help of present stakeholders to find out reasons of huge losses and solutions. Overall study gave clear picture of what is happening right now and immediate actions required. Then implemented with strong determination and courage to get the desired result and got it. Spirituality added flavor of values in the huge task with balance.

Important lesson learned

Everything is possible with strong determination and courage with trust in self and Almighty. Life with values go ahead with efforts and bliss. Situations come and go but stability of mind more important than other aspects of life.

Influenced by

Learning and experimenting attitude with will power and courage influenced my life with more education and spiritual knowledge. I completed Dairy Technology as regular course and other education part time to improve on.

Initiative to develop a country

Share their knowledge and practical aspect with spirituality to maintain values in life. Power is moving to Bharat again with softness and it will shine again as crown of the world.

One year education of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad which teaches many success stories of practical life. Spiritual education of BK World Spiritual Organization which teaches the moral values and stability of mind with practical life of many professionals who are scientist and engineers or from any walk or discipline of life.

Important decision

To turn around that is convert loss making branch or bank to a viable or profit making with customer service as prime motto and continue the same. How to lead life with moral values with help of spiritualism that is with help of positive thinking, self managements and stress free management.

Worked with RBC Royal Bank, RBC Dexia Investor Services and now in RBC Investor Services, Toronto. Regular student of BK World Spiritual University to learn spirituality and application in life.
