My name is Manjeet Singh. I am working as HR Executive in Leroy Infra Private Limited for last 2 years along with this I am working as free lancer for a HR consultancy.I did my MBA in HR and Marketing from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (HP). I am working in engineering and construction based company and sitting at Head Office of the company. So, I am monitoring one of the major site of our company. I am managing our indirectly.

Here, Along with the HR domain, I am working as an officer on special duty. In this job, I am find my self more confident to face new challenges. I think by this I would become bold and different personality to face new unseen challenges.

India strategy on technical development

Form My point of view, I think in India, Real talent is scattered. For that we need to find them and need to provide right platform where they enjoy to do something for their country and for themselves. In this short span of experience, I found that, the deserved talent/ even the one who have quality to become deserved one got ignored. The respect and place should be given to that talent and they should be paid accordingly.

I want to be famous personality and want to start my own company and also wish to enjoy every hobby of mine.

I belongs to the middle level family where My father is main earning hand of the family. My Mother is house-maker.

More about myself

I am person of free mind, I think. I like to do everything whatever my heart and mind want me to do. When I was in college I had decided to join the ARMY as an OFFICER. I worked hard and very confident about my selection at SSB (Service Selection Board) {main interview to get shortlisted for Officer in Indian Army} but not able to make it yet. I am 25 now and it dream seems broken but still I start new journey to chase my dreams.
