Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My Father and mother both are retired primary teacher and they are living in Aurangabad. I have 1 elder brother who is married and he is working in TATA AIG,Aurangabad. I have 1 elder sister who is also married and working as a Merchandiser in Papermintz,Pune.

Growth Strategy:

We need to understand our responsibility first in given work and act according to that. A successful leader is one who knows and understands the need of their team members and I am trying to understand my strengths which will help me to become good leader.

Prized Accomplishment(s):

When I joined company for an internship , I was alone who is working on MSBI(SSIS,SSRS) tool in that company and that was my challenge to learn that tool and complete my project all alone with the help of my Project manager.As i was having basic knowledge of BI concept so, I succeeded in my project.

Degrees That Matter:

I have completeted my MTech in Advance Software Technology , I have taken BI as my specialization subject. I would like to do Microsoft Certification in BI for excellence and I am searching for better option and guidance to do that certification.

Advice For New Professionals:

Only one thing , be yourself , show your talent and have faith on your work , you will get success in your work definitely.

The Journey So Far:

I have completed my 1 year Internship in alphabricks technology as an Intern-BI Developer. It was a good corporate experience , I deal with different problems and solved it according to my understanding and which helps me to increase my strength , patience ,and team spirit.

Done Differently:

Right now , by reading different articles and case studies I am increasing my knowledge and I am also reading and gaining knowledge of MSBI in deep.I will use my knowledge for cracking an interview for further companies.

Role Model:

My role model is my elder sister , because i have seen her growth in her working field and in personal life too. she always deal with problems with patience and with having faith on her work. If we stand for a reason then stand like a tree and if we fall, fall as a seed to grow again for fight

Other Thoughts:

I have experienced every stage of life, good and bad, i have lived 12 years of hostel life , with different experience. I have learned a lot from my school life. there is slogan of my school "Come to learn and go to serve" and i wanted to do something for my nation with the help of my career.

Career Profile:

Right now, I am fresher and searching for the better opportunity in BI field. I have experience in MSBI(SSIS,SSRS) and want to explore more and would like to use my skills to give better solutions.

The Decisions That Matter

As i am more inclined to database technology, i chose BI in my PG studies and got interest in that, so now i am more comfortable with my decision of choosing BI as my skill and wanted to learn in core and explore more for future achievement. I am comfortable with any BI tool.
