Important lesson learned

Should not be a scapegoat of ones politics. I consider every brain is a media which pass on information. One should not repeat mistake, however blunders happen once only which are unique. Some lessons like never recruit many people at a time should be recruited small batches wise. Never invest on walls but pay good amounts to people and required infrastructure to work and deliver. Because at end of the day people deliver not beautiful walls and furniture.

My family background

We are three, myself,wife and kid (5 yrs old) settled in Secunderabad. We parents are both post graduates and directors of the company I GET U TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

The education systems is with overdose syllabus. We, Indians are analytical people as we are mostly given to study in four walls and focus on top ranks. Every graduate should be given opportunity to do internship which should be really effective. System should release Graduate to society with complete person. (Values, Knowledge, skilled with best presentation skills). One should have passion.

My role model

Billgates is my role model. He is not only technology contributor to the world, he focuses on many things for poor and diseases. The way he looks at issues in the world and contributing his time and money to provide solutions and implementing across the world is really amazing. I believe he was born for many reasons. He is a legend and God for millions.

Initiative to develop a country

Come out with innovative ideas and create wonderful platforms where people share and help each other to contribute world. Google, Facebook, Youtube, News channels, Mobile phone technology, etc., People say India is more service oriented, true because of population and education system. I have created a massive platform www.tellmeboss.com from my side to contribute to the world and proving that Indians do create. Like wise in every sector each Indian company should have own solutions (i.e. it could be a product, platform or process). We must deliver at high quality. Unfortunately we adopt low cost cheap service for short time this is stopping us not to match international quality largely due to too much competition and unemployment. One should reject if quality is below acceptable standard.

My achievements

I could incorporate company.
I was able to give employment to a few.

I brought investor and running business to do more wonders.
These are just milestones and nothing made me proud as there are numerous miles stones to achieve, not giving time to feel proud.
