Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

A joint Hindu business family,with traditional cum modern values.My father a businessman,mother homemaker.We are two brother and one sister.Myself elder than sister who has done her M.Sc. in Chemistry and then younger brother doing MBBS.

Changes in the industry

I am from a hard core engineering field,mechanical engineer by profession,so don't have much knowledge about java,but I can say it has changed the world very much.When I was in school programming language was foxpro which was very simple and has limited option but now java is everywhere.

Most Important Lessons

Make yourself comfortable and confident while dealing with any job or individual.
Try to make others feel comfortable and confident.
Believe on self and make others to believe on self.
Treat everyone with due respect.
Be honest in your job and don't try to cheat the time.

Work Life Balance

Both the personal and professional life important in life,never try to mix both of them.Giving time to both is necessary and important.There should be time for both life.Sometime we have to choose most important out of both,in such situation judge wisely.

Maintenance engineer for metal refinery.Responsible for the entire mechanical maintenance for Lead Refinery.Responsible for manpower management,spares management,contract management,coordination with other departments.
