My views on India Technical development
Main Problems:
-Busy in improving existing program and earning bread and butter.
-Mental lock "I am not a scientist" - this is not my work.
-Very less tech jobs/vacancies in comparison to pass-out tech-engineers, so initially they just want a good job and later just trying to retain the same.
-Very weak Tech-law, so talent goes to other counties to launch his product without discussing it in India.
-Money problem / No Govt. support for such tech-things , even I have some great ideas and wants to launch some online products in the market but can not do so because of money problem.
-Still, very old method of learning/studies in schools/colleges...nothing innovative.
Important career decisions
I am holding diploma in computer hardware and networking but when i cleared interview at HCL in 2005, they offered me a hardware job of Rs.4500/- then I realize that in future computers are going to be very cheap and there will be no need of repair engineers and Switched to Operations and Management job.
