Understand Customers

Know your customers better, it goes back to the earlier statement I made ”FIRST SEEK TO UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU CAN BE UNDERSTOOD”.The younger generation should approach anything they do with emotional maturity and intelligence apart from technological capabilities. All of us have stopped thinking out of box and are looking at simpler ways of solving problems (you can’t find a unique solution just by googling, innovation is the need to excel). All of us wish to be working for the best companies in the world, however the best companies are looking for innovators not cliques.
Scaling up the ladder
I started my career in 1996 at CPRI with development and then I moved to Avaya communication in 2000. Then I transitioned to Network Associates and later AOL before moving to TEKsystems.
With strong experience in IT, IS, software, hardware, media, and networks, I have quickly mastered new technical concepts. Dedicated to delivering company growth, I have generated success for large global industry leaders and small startup operations. It is always a constant exuberance to improve upon my shortcoming andstrength from today into your tomorrow has led to theprogression of my career foundation.I hold an MS in IT from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (India) and a BS in Electrical Engineering from RV College of Engineering (India) and have completed eCornell University’s Leadership & Strategic Management program.The key to evolve is ”FIRST SEEK TO UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU CAN BE UNDERSTOOD”.
Doing work Differently
At TEksystems I provide executive oversight of revenue for the business unit with sites in the US, India and Canada. Direct daily operations, capitalizing on growth opportunities to deliver revenue growth and GP increase. Reengineering internal processes, implementing KPIs, controls and global SharePoint platform. Set up India offshore service operations. This is completely different from the previous stint since I am required to function as executive, technology innovator and motivator of cross-cultural teams, Drive sales, profits, market share and stakeholder value to peak levels in highly competitive environments. Deliver IT and engineering solutions that improve service quality and internal efficiencies while reducing the cost of multi-million dollar domestic and int’l business units.
Some technology trends
In the new big data environment that is coming to be, it’s all about volume, variety, and velocity. Data from multiple sources is arriving in large volumes on a near-continuous basis.Companies are trying to understand their customer and predict their behavior requiring them to constantly analyze data as quickly as possible and make informed decision.The buzz word is Cloud computing, text analytics, virtualization, open source, cool BI, Web 2.0, social media, and mobile BI are evolving.Companies like Facebook, Google and others are identifying New methods of working with big data, such as Hadoop and MapReduce, offering alternatives to traditional data warehousing—if you know how and when to use them.All these trends requires a constant change from us supporting the industry and our customers ensuring we make S.M.A.R.T  goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.

Hadoop, MapReduce and Enterprise Data Mining and Predictive Analytics and not forget  companies are always looking for Performance measurement and Data security.

Individuals have to constantly depend on demonstrate acquisition of knowledge and critical skillsto provide positive business results. Some of the best certification which are worldwide recognized are•Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP),•Data Scientist Associate (EMCDSA) Certification.
