Be a coach and mentor rather than being a boss. Give them the free hand, motivate them. Instead of focusing of 8 hour time job, train them on 5 hours quality job. look for the good worker than efficient or knowledgeable worker. Good worker who has an intention to move forward will learn fast and acquire capable. Give the chance to one who needs a job instead of who needs just to pass the time.

Take them where ever you are performing. Give them the equal chance. Introduce them to all the peers of your clientele. set the goals and give them the guide lines in an american way, instead of Japanese way.

Improving Education system
System should be such students take a trial programmes during their school days on various subjects before finanalisinga any speacilisation. Here in India if you want to become a computer engineer you need to finalise in your 10th or 12 class itself. By this, students lose their vision and a chance to explore other avenues. I suggest before selection they should be given an option to try out and explore other subjects for a period of 5 years prior to embarking on their choice. Selection of speciality should be by choice rather than the compulsion. In other countries that is why in school stage itself lot of other programmes to make the children understand and select what they feel is better for their future and capability.
