Brief description about me

My name is kunwar Avlokiteshwar singh born in Allahabad, a holy district (confluences of Ganga and Saraswati River) of Uttar Pradesh ? currently I have been working in Samaj Pragati Sahayog (SPS) grass root Non Profit Organization placed in Mdhaya Pradesh.
I joined SPS in June 2012 and dealing with livestock program and my role to assist in the development of livestock support program to create livelihood option and aid in establishment of village level dairy co-operatives and liaising with external agencies like Indore Dugdha Sangh (IDS) for the successful execution of the above work. I carry out all necessary step towards involving SHGs and other related institutions in the process of activating these livelihood options and evolving new loan products for SHG members. I conduct survey, home visit for mobilizing community peoples tabulating result of surveys as and when necessary for the successful execution of the above work.
Total 52 workers have been involved in livestock program including vat nary doctor, para vet and professionals. Whilst the professional social worker I managing the team.

Challenges in job

I have been working in remote tribal area whether lack of electric city, drinking water problem, poor road, inconvenient transport are challenging me every time I am experiencing in such conditions so that I plan better for in welfare of them who’s called backward, vulnerable section of society.

Job made easy

I found local peoples who have a potential and working with zeal with us. From their support, I feel strong and optimistic.

India strategy on technical development

This because lack of awareness. So many things are roaming around us but we unable to see them. You know after completing 10+2 we see two things engineering either CPMT even I endure in same dilemma, Why we do not motivating youth towards art, sociology, globalization studies, developmental studies, disaster management studies etc? Youth moreover can do better without having engineering or MBBS degree
That is call lost talent due to wrong direction. If we have to found a real talent then every individual have to open their eyes and have to expand thoughts. Lets youths give more options as I mentioned above.

Family background

My father is senior clerk in welfare department of Uttar Pradesh government. Mother is housewife. My elder brother assisting in slum development project called M- Ward in TISS, Mumbai.

I am working for improvement, betterment and change in society that we can bring with support to each other so join for a cause and do it.

I would have to say enhance participation in rural area.

More about myself

my schooling included B. Sc in health science (Health Management) (from Allahabad Agricultural Institute- Deemed University) done from my home place then I post graduated in master in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences - Deemed University, Mumbai.
