Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
My dad ia a retired police officer. I have one elder sister, she is now married. I am now living with my dad and mom in Coimbatore. I am the first engineer and the first start a company among my family members.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
When I started my career, we were all very sincere to our bosses, where as now the condition has reversed. Employees now join in a company just to start a similar such business, they dont either worry about being not sincere or bother to understand to think they are too yusiness.oung to run a b

My advice always remains the same. When a candidate starts his/ her career as a fresher, he/ she must make up their minds to learn more about the industry, they must understand that the initial phsee is learning followed by the earning phase. They must nnot shift industries as this will spoil their

My training programmes at premier institutes like PSG in Coimbatore, my bigger clients in a smaller period of time. Most of my seniors who started a consultancy project has failed whereas me, I did it without compromising my values.
