Along with that an amazing org and a group of highly talented people whom I have worked with, who have always ensured that I stay at the top of my work and deliverables
Professional Strengths:
Most importantly, People Management skills. Apart from that, Analytics, Process Excellence, Compliance, Risk Management, TQMS, Workforce Management, MIS. These attributes and skill sets have helped me provide results and deliverables par excellence.
The Decisions That Matter
Most important decision would be to move into new and risky roles, and work as an Individual Contributor. Gave me the rigor and confidence to deliver on-time and 100% accurate deliverables without any dependencies. Also accelerated my zeal to acquire new competencies and skill sets.
Plans For The Future:
Contributing on a larger scale.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Implementing effective Quality Management System for the BPO Division. Documenting critical HR Policies.

Role Model:
I do not follow a Role Model concept as I feel, it limits my scope of influence and learning. I look out for positive influences and best practices from lot of people, both professionally and personally. There is knowledge everywhere. Just need to open one's eyes and absorb the right ones.
Done Differently:
Albeit ignoring few minor steps, I would not do anything differently.
Advice For New Professionals:
Work Hard (No short cuts), be Honest, and learn learn learn. Always respect people both above and below your hierarchical levels, be open to ideas, follow code of ethics and never take your organization for granted. And last but not the least, ENJOY your work as it'll save you from redundancy.
Growth Strategy:
By ensuring that I represent the goals and objectives of the organization and increasing my knowledge/skill set and network. Now, what I offer and with whom I communicate/deal with, becomes decisive in ascertaining my scope of leadership contribution and potential with respect to the organization.
