The global "NoMoreLayOffs" Movement aims to connect with
individuals the world over & bring about a radical mindset shift
to overcome their debilitating dependency on their jobs as a
primary source of success, recognition & income. Up until the
global recession, most people would feel secure with their jobs,
expecting the party to continue for a long time. But history has
its way of repeating. History also teaches us to be aware of the
fact that every 8-12 years since the Great Depression, there has
been a recession. This is an eye-opener to many individuals - to
understand that their jobs or small business or profession will
get them nowhere near their dreams/goals. The key to achieving
their dreams/goals is entrepreneurship. We provide that guiding
light - we give options, teach & mentor people as they come to
terms with a whole new world of possibilities - all without
quitting their jobs today. We help people INNOVATE within their
current situation, We EMPOWER them with the right tools, & we
LIBERATE them to help others like themselves. WE CHANGE LIVES!
