Yes,a lot. I started my careers as Technical Support Executive in 2008 in iYogi. QA was so simple to audit our calls and chat session.In two years, it improved a lot to even audit each interaction with client.I am working as a Sr. Executive (Content Development) in SupportMart & auditing team's work

Working as a pioneer in Content Writing Field to work for almost each industry Power, Electronics, Marketing, Consumer, Service etc.
Most Important Lessons
Patience should be there. More big profile means more patience. I used to get hyper when I was working as an agent. Repetitive feedbacks from my TLs and Managers improved my professional behavior a lot. Today, I try my level best to keep my patience all the times.
Parting thoughts
I have started my career as a Computer Operator in 2003. Working from small shops, I also worked as an Operator-cum-Instructor in KM College Bhiwani. I shifted to Delhi in 2008 to work with iYogi. It's going to be 9 years, I am working. I've numerous fields DTP, Tech Support, Writing, SEO, etc.

Changed my field from Computer Operator to Technical Support in 2008 and then from Tech Support to Content Writing in 2010,

Changing the fields twice.
Current and Previous Responsibilities
Handling the team of 6 Content Writers. Assigning them work and checking their content. Preparation of the Audit Sheet for each content received from them and editing it as per Company's requirement. Have to work 10 to 11 hours a day.
Currently working at
Working as a Sr. Content Writer to write the quality content for my employer. Have to handle the team of Executives and Junior Executives in my department.
Role Model
Anuj Kumar Mohan (Manager) right now is my model as he know how to handle each situation even if it is quite frustrating. He advised me not to loose the patience.
A Fine Balance:
Work only when you are working and live at home when you're at home. Don't mix up them at all.,
