Current Job description
I lead the project marketing, client/ broker relations with various new and existing clients at Bangalore. Main focus areas of this portfolio management were project marketing, managing the real estate portfolio of TCG group's commercial space of close to 1.0 Mn s.ft here, with specific focus on new leasing, renewals and renegotiation here in Whitefield.
Successfully and independently handled the lease of about 2.0 lac s.ft in my tenure so far here.Other focus areas includes market research on micro market trends and analysis, competitor information, etc. for internal consumption of TCG group.
Also been a part of the team that focus on new acquisitions and new market establishments, wherein I work along with team members / peers from Projects, Finance and Design with the management members.

Born in a family of 3 brother and me being the eldest with my dad retired as a bank officer and our mother being our source of energy and inspiration to make us this kind of self esteem individuals.
