I am Working as a Technical Instructor for Storage Devices. I am
Trained on Clariion, Symmetrix and VMWare. My primary
responsibility is to provide Training on above mentioned storage
products at locations which are comfortable for clients, that
means, involves fair amount of traveling.

* Providing Training on HP Desktops, Portables, Workstations and
Thin Clients. * Providing Advanced Training on Thin Clients,
Like Connectivity to Terminal Server, Citrix Meta Frame XP
Server, Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 and 4.5. It includes
configuration of this servers also. Well versed with Citrix Farm
creation, printer management, Policy Manager, Installation
Manager, Load Manager, Etc in Citrix. * Designing Internal
Training Curriculum and Guides Based on That. * Creating
internal knowledge base articles. Also, involved in reviewing and
approving articles, made by others. * Self – Up skilling on
new platforms and training others so that they are ready when
support on them starts. * Researching on issues that were not
resolved by Front Line Agents on the call. Job
Achievements: * Providing Training on Windows Deployment
Tools (Ghosting, RIS, and Altiris), SSM, Creating a simple NT
domain, Basic ADS, Basic Networking, and Basic Citrix
Information. This info prepares the Frontline in segregating the
issue to specific cause like SW, HW, Client End or Server End.
Actively conducting these trainings on weekends and it was a pure
voluntary from the frontline agents to join the trainings.
* Also, part of delivering training to mentors and Front line
agents on windows Vista. * Was part of the Content Development
Team for Windows Vista WBT and Other Related Training
Modules. * Training the new Trainee FLAs. * Took initiative
of developing call logging system for a team of 70 Resource
consultants and now responsible for proper functioning of that
portal which helps in calculating the actual productivity of each
consultant.
