I work for TCS, and have been working there for the last 3 years. I am a Technology consultant with my client, which is a leading management consulting company. I lead a team of 3.

Challenges in job

I work with leading consultants in the world on various problems facing MNC's. This is helping me in understanding the consulting business much better.

Job made easy

I found that if we think from the perspective of the client needs, we will be able to serve them much better.

Upcoming trends

Business Intelligence is the way to go for complex business problems.

My point of view

We are an IT service providing country, not an IT innovation country. We wont have Microsoft or Google. IT innovating companies, but we would have Infosys and TCS, IT services companies.

My goals

I want to get into a Business relationship management role in the next 5 years.
