Avoiding mistake and connecting right dots
I general lead from the front, either my family or professional space. But i never forget to consults with other important members of team before making any decision. Giving importance to each member and making them work for me is my best quality. people love to work for me.
My Strongest Skill
Reading the chart and seeing opportunities from market where a investor can make money with me. In professional works many time you need to compromise honesty but i try to avoid such situations, and concentrate on my work. I am saying that i am always correct, when i recommend some trade plan to investor, but, i go with a logic of 65-70% accuracy in longer term so those who are associated with me can make maximum money from my experience and expertise.
Initiative taken by professionals to develop a country
India is already on its way to becoming a developed country. However, certain things are still lacking. We professionals should also take responsibility. Education and Job Creation will be the key factors involved. Citizens with enough disposable income must do charity as a part of life - not only to save tax, but with a genuine concern. Collective efforts to educate poor children and develop rural areas can make a huge difference.
Concept of Analyst
The principles of technical analysis are derived from hundreds of years of financial markets data. Technicians employ many techniques, one of which is the use of charts. Using charts, technical analysts seek to identify price patterns and market trends in financial markets and attempt to exploit those patterns. Technicians use various methods and tools, the study of price charts is but one. Technical analysts also widely use market indicators of many sorts, some of which are mathematical transformations of price, often including up and down volume, advance/decline data and other inputs.
My advice to professionals
We live in a rapidly changing world where legislative, social and economic developments directly affect the environment in which we live and work, and where technological advances provide radically different ways of working.

My message for up coming leaders will be – Improve your career prospects by achieving additional qualifications, Respond to changing conditions at work, Understand the latest developments in your field, Be better at doing your job & Achieve personal development.
Important decision taken
I was not good in business development when it comes to generating broking numbers, but same time i was very good on charts and analysis. I took a strong decision to change my field from business development to technical analysis in year 2007. I feel it was right decision, Initially i faced some problem on professional front but later on things started moving in my favor.i got desired support from my family same time.
Couple of years from now
i have lot of thing to achieve and have long way to go. In my filed many opportunities have not come so far like managing a commodities fund just like a equity mutual find. I am setting my goal into this direction and want to become famous commodity fund manager and want to trade for big corporates.
My thought on education system in India
I have done my schooling from a remote village of Rajasthan in a govt school , we used to sit on ground and wait for hours for teachers to come and teach. Even school used to declare holiday when it rains because school roof was not properly maintained. My son goes to a school in Mumbai , sits in a AC room and they have many caretaker in school and school bus. Govt school some how not changed much from my days to my son days, but private school have gone so far that i dream to go to school in which my son goes for nursery.
Upcoming trends
lot of changes are still waiting for a technical analyst where they can mange trades on automatic system and same time they can communicate with clients. There are some time gaps between opportunity and implementations. Many Indian firm do not offer quality technical software's like foreign companies offers, off course they charged higher amount for it too.
Qualities require to be successful
I feel a MBA finance can learn technical analysis and implement to a practical words, there many institutes offering such courses and 3-4 months training can make you to enter this filed. Although learning from markets is a better ways as its keeping teaching every minute.
