The Most important quality which a leader requires is hard work along with the perseverance and persistence towards the goal .He must know how to acknowledge the efforts made by others and should also know how to get accepted.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Many things has been said in this regard by great people however i still feel that in order to improve the values & perception of and INDIAN Basic education should be provided to the masses which will obviously improve the general thinking and would result in a more happy and vibrant country

My father is an engineer and mother is a Home maker .We come from a farming background of Chapra District of Bihar state and my father is the first graduate of our family and me being the first PG.We are three brothers.Currently my father is leading his peaceful retired life in mumbai.

Their is so much BAD in best of us and so much worth in worst of us so that it is very difficult to tell which of us should reform the rest of us .

Important decision

Going for MBA and not joining job after my BE.
In spite of falling on love numerous times i still believed and went for arranged marriage
Professionally not joining an insurance or a credit card company in spite of getting a foursome hike during my initial stages of profession.
