Brief description about me

I am a teacher-scholar, versatile, resourceful, accomplished researcher, trainer and author working as Senior Faculty member in a management college, where I teach the post graduate management students. I am having experience in various senior positions in academic institutions resulting in extensive depth of the knowledge in the concerned areas of management studies. I am having in my credit the publication of several newspaper articles, research papers and case studies in many leading international and national refereed journals/ publications. I had also participated in various conferences and seminars of national and international repute and also presented my valuable papers there in. This exposure and experience in various functionaries made me well equipped to deliver the essence of the knowledge to the students and society by adding strong value to it.
I am also a founder member of consultancy named as “Knowledge Link Consultancy” wherein I am acting as Corporate Trainer.

My family background

I belong to Steel City of Chhattisgarh,India to a place called Bhilai which is very much famous for its steel plant.I hold a Bachelor Degree in Science (B.Sc.) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A) from Bangalore University, Karnataka. At present I am pursuing PhD in Management Studies from MATS University Raipur, Chhattisgarh. I am also having Master’s Degree in Physical Chemistry (M.Sc.) from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, C.G. I am married and having two children.My wife is an management graduate and trained teacher presently working as a commerce teacher.My parents are retired personnel from Bhilai Steel Plant.

Important lesson learned

1. Have trust on yourself first because my experience shows that if you want to meet the challenges of external environment you must be strong enough internally then only you can face the challenges.
2. This is your Life and you have to live according to your thought and not on other ideas and perception.
3.Have positive view on your failures because its tells us about the hidden opportunity which can be utilized for future success.
4.Be ethical and have love towards the mankind.
5.Always give importance to your family and friends because it is they who makes you strong internally
6. Have trust on God.
7. Always try to become good observer because it will certainly make you an experienced person.

Important decision

To be in the career of Choice not of Chance.Teaching and training is my passion and i have decided to be an academician which is not by chance but by choice.

I am self motivator kind of person,I love the people and get inspiration from them but frankly speaking till now i have not found any individual who have influenced me professionally.In my personal life i believe that my wife is a person who have influenced me very much because of her support in every decision I take.

Initiative to develop a country

The professional have to focus India from all the perspective i.e. the growth must be proportionate.For example they should not only focus a particular segment but also other segments of the society so that the growth must be from all sides not on a particular area only.
New technology of high quality and at affordable price can be an success mantra.Generating employment opportunities for technical as well as not technical areas.

My achievements

I am an Author of book titled "Strategic View of Marketing" published by Himalayan Publications,Mumbai,India. This was my first book.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Education system in India is partially paralyzed because the government is opening new courses and institutions(both private and government ) but on the other hand when we speaks about the quality then it is not up to the mark so there must be an tracking mechanism and also the courses must be continuously upgraded so that the students must empowered, there must be a good connection between industry and institution.
