Brief description about me
I am Javed Akhtar currently employed with the Asia's best company of IT ,TCS .I will be assistant system engineer in january as for now I am just a ASE-trainee.I have 1 years of experience after my Education but i can lead a team of minimum 10 people.
TCS has given me ample of opportunity to show my managerial skills,since as freshers in software industry you are expected to know programming language and testing tools etc.But may be it's sheer luck ,i have been in such project where i got to know.
What are the problem faced by senior management for completing the projects,We as freshers think documentation is not for us,we must do development or testing.But the key lies there when you do documentation you know what actually the whole project is all about.Since the documentation submitted to the client is the reflection of companies best practices and quality of there employees.

The real challenge was completing the task before deadline as freshers,you are not given so much of responsibility that kill's you.
But small modules to handle.But the company has given me the platform,and made me learn that even if you are
given a work of sending a mail it should be done with utmost importance,since when you are in company like TCS.
At any Hierarchy,you do anything wrong,it will represent the company not your individual fault so,it gives the person
the sense of responsibility,good analyzing power ,a zeal to show up our talent and learn the smallest bit of knowledge which
we skip in our daily life.

The interest you develop in the work given to you can make you feel easy at job nothing else can make your job easy,whether its high package salary,promotions nothing can take place of self satisfaction. When you are satisfied with the work and you love your job it will eventually shown up in your performance.

The trend work at home culture will make the software industry and employees more productive. Since the timing in projects are the main concern for most of the employees,homely duties,family everything has to be taken care of.If its practiced companies will save much money they spend
in infrastructure ,electricity, environment less work at company and more at home will boost the compaign of go green.

My point of view
See the main problem lies within us,we want high package,luxury in life most of the talented person from India are working
for MNC's .Secondly we don't have trust upon our own products we develop. See the things that people don't get funds for research,lerning and showing their talent while in other countries a major part of education is research and then develop and goverment is funding all this.In our country Research is their but for searching scams,corruptions,bribe. how to accomplish these things.

My goal
I have some ideas,which can boost my companies performance in coming years ,just waiting for the right time when
will i get a opportunity to show up these ideas.Since i am young still have to learn more of management and will surely
share my ideas .

Advice to students
Only thing to say,enjoy as much you can but learn the new technologies not just with a eye to get placement in college interviews but to polish your self.Wherever you go,which company you choose.you should be able to deliver your best.
