Qualities needed to become a successful leader
In my views a successful leader is one binds the team together, takes initiatives, and motivates the team to give its best. One who has the ability to assess the each and every individual in the team and assign the job suites him/her the best. Each and every player in the team can perform at the same scale or can do all the jobs. So the leader must be able to know the individuals.

The good leader is one who works as an ARMOUR to team when there is some problem and impartial to all the team players.

In short the one who cannot protect team in crises and cannot judge the capabilities of players can never be a successful leader.

Thoughts on Education system of our country
Education system in needs to be taken to ICU. The situation is worst here specially the Govt. Education System. I myself studied from Govt. Schools and Colleges and found that we are far away the basic education requirements. We talk of being leaders but we have no roots even. Buying gold is much easier in India than to buy education.

We talk of one nation but our education is system itself is not one. Every state has its own system and course material.

Hindi for name it is our national language but unfortunately every Indian can not even speak or understand Hindi. I don't understand why the national language cannot e thought in whole nation. If an Indian of one border goes to other border of India, he wont be able to communicate even.

We have to bring uniformity in the course material and standards of education and put some strong steps. I found the biggest problem in education of India is hunger. When stomach is empty nobody thinks of education.
My role model
Mr. Ratan TATA.

He is and indian with core values in his heart. One who thinks as Indian before thinking as a businessman but still too successful.

I wish I could become like him not only in business but in thinking and mind set as well.
My strongest skill
Team Leading
Situation handling
