Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am born on 25th Jan1948.My father was a State officer in the State of Andhra Pradesh.we are 8 siblings to our parents.
I am the eldest son studied Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering From Osmania University ,Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh,India in First Division with Distinction n 1973.
My brothers and sisters are Doctors of Medicine settled in USA.
Degrees That Matter:
Bachelors Degree In Civil Engineering.Spent 35 Yrs in Heavy Industrial ,Petro Chemical Projects in Various capacities.My Last Position was General Manager Projects.
The Decisions That Matter
Achive the Targets with in Time & Cost Budgets.Several projects completed well before time too.
Other Thoughts:
If you really love what you are doing you reach the goal and enjoy the fruits of Satisfaction
Done Differently:
I use IT technology much more along with best of Engineering practices with more mechanization lesser man power and control costs and time.
Plans For The Future:
As a principal adviser for Renewable Energy Projects
Career Profile:
Earlier as General Manager implementing projects as per contract conditions.
Now as consultant & Green Energy Crusader I look into aspects of Environment,cost &Material controls as I believe Material saved is energy saved.
The Journey So Far:
From site Engineer in Civil Engineering to General Manager Projects Responsible for all disciplines of Engineering in Multiple Multi Locational heavy industrial base in different geographical Locations.
Growth Strategy:
Me training young Engineers to learn and practice Good Engineering practices which I lacked during my entry Career in 1970 s.
Role Model:
My Role Model is Napoleon Hill The Author of Law of Sucess,which is my life changing Bible/Bhagavad Gita.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
When I joined cycling was the order.Now flying in plane is the order.
Working Life Management:
Work is place of Lovely Challenges like a game of cricket.Life at home is Drama.
