I don't remember anyone who would have influenced me in my life however during my MCA days my uncle Manoj has certainly influenced me with him down to earth approach. He is currently working in Infy.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Education system in India is too much focused on exam so we are trained to study to pass the exam.
This has to change to the continuous learning and evaluation model then student will study all the years and not during exam.
It has to be based on field study and more practical in nature.

My family background

I am from a farmers family. Although in later years my father took up the teachers job.
My mother is a house wife. I have one daughter with name Ishani who is 2 years old. My wife's name is Minakshi.

I want to excel in project management before going for higher role.

Brief description about me

I have done MCA from IGNOU and started working in IT industry since 2004. I have worked on Flexcube core banking application for 6 years and moved to a start-up company i-exceed.

Initiative to develop a country

I suppose the govt has to take measures to make the country developed. Off-course we also have the responsibility for the country. Declare all your income and pay tax.
