On our first customer, we had bad debt of about 2 months and that time we had a single customer. This was due to lack of strong paper work.So first lesson is to have a good paper work in place for each customer .Second lesson is to not compromise on project cost. It is better to leave a project if you cannot meet budget of that customer..
