My role model
i am inspired by Mr. Richard Stallman who founded the GNU.
GNU is not unix
he inspires me because despite the whole world getting against him , he still has stick to his original motive of spreading FOSS around the globe. if you see most of the inviduals today like Julian Assanage and Aaron Swartz are somewhat getting inspired by Richard Stallman 's ideas, he is one great influential whom i have met personally have always enjoyed reading his blogs and statements in various press statements killing propertierary software and envangelising FOSS ideals.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
1) lead by example, prove to his team that he can do it. then why not them?
2) work towards goal for team, not individual
Integrity and Transparency: To be ethical, sincere and open in all our transactions
Fairness: To be objective and transaction-oriented, and thereby earn trust and respect
Excellence: To strive relentlessly, constantly improve himself and his teams
5 qualities of a leader.
More about myself
nope.
Ensuring success
Always learning something new, innovating something.
Being part of such projects which are there for innovation and by being a trainer and mentoring juniors so that they may follow the path of of growth and development.
Influenced by
my mom.
I lost my father when I was 2 and since then I have seen her struggling and fighting and teaching me the lessons of life.
as we all know it's a hard life for women in india and for a single lady it's really a heavy task.
So she have influenced me a lot and what I am is just because of her.
My achievements
have worked with some of the company when they were in their stealth mode and not it feels like a achievement when those companies estimated value is in millions and it really feels like an achievement.
My family background
I am from a simple middle class family.
With a elder sister and mom in it. where my mom works with HAL (Hindustan Aeronautical Limited) as a clerk and my sister is married.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
I think Indian education system should be more practical oriented rather than theory bases. Research work should be there from the very beginning.
In higher education I personally think that there should be a quality check over the colleges as one may see numerous number of engineering colleges are there but the quality of education is not there and some times there is not even proper infrastructure.
My strongest skill
UI development,Reversing, Assembly, Pen Testing, vulnerability assessment, exploit detection, Gaming.
Important decision
Being part of FOSS groups, adopting FOSS.
Work for passion and interest rather than for money and going after names.
Initiative to develop a country
Now a days people are adoption entrepreneurship as there career which I think is the key for the development of a country.
As we all know that india is more into services so being an entrepreneur is the key for boosting the economic growth of india which ultimately leads towards a developed country.
Degree that I recommend
I am not much of a Certification kind of guy as what I believe knowledge is important rest all things are secondary.
But as the industry demands so I think it's better to do some certifications if you want to get into some specific field.
Other than this if you got the knowledge then no there is no such bound with IT industry that you can't practice development or testing if you didn't got some particular degree or certification.
Couple of years from now
Might be giving a opening talk in some Black Hat event or Defcon. ;)

Important lesson learned
Do what interests you.
Try to learn the idea by which things work rather than learning the particular thing as by learning something in particular makes you to copy thing while learning the basic fundas will make you an innovator.
