Important decision

We need to make certain decision at good time basically that some people will call it as risk and somemay call it as Opportunity.The person who takes a opportunity will move forward and the person who take it as a risk will stagnated in the same place or position.Many of the great enterprenuers in india have taken risk as opportunity to succeed in life.
I have made lot of decisions in my life which favoured most of the time and some got failure but i doesnt worry about failure.
Regarding my career i have made many important decisions and also regarding self respect at workplace also i have made decisions.And the decision for my future is i want to become enterprenuer or an innovator for the betterment of society

Thoughts on Education system of our country

In India Education system has to be improved a lot.I can see myself and lot of people crossed the education system where we need to byheart the concepts and spit it in the exams thats the wrong way.We need to have a system where students should understand the concepts of science and technology and their innovation thoughts to be improved.They should be understanding our indian culture and develop helping attitude.Remember Einstein is the person who has used his brains the most why cant we Indians?.
Students should undergo practical sessions more than theoritical and there should not be race discrimination regarding education it should be give to all.
There is no age for Education people aat any age should keep on learning to enhance their knowledge in different fields.Students should be given choice to decide their are of intrest and choose course accordingly.Parents should not force their children and divert their path regarding to education

My Mom,dad and sister she has supported me most of the time when my confident level comes down regarding my career.life etc.Children should bond with their parents closely and parents in the similar way have responsibility of building a good citizen for their country.All indian families form the economies of a country and they should have that responsibility.I have been influenced by somany leaders and enterprenuers few of then are Abdul Kalam,Sachin tendulkar,Narayanamurthy,Azim Premji,MGR Etc they hasve started with struggle and built an empire.So the same mind have been given to us why cant we?.It means we need to spin outr thoughts in a different way to acheive something high.

Couple of years from now

As i said earlier i want to innovate something for the human society and for india or to become an enterprenuer if not it happens in two years it may happen in future.

To become a successful leader you should have the following Qualities
