Important lesson learned

yes, I completed B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and joined Accenture as a network engineering but my interest was in teaching and learning, therefore I joined academics and worked with NMIMS University for four and then joined Middle East College Muscat. I developed three teaching and learning model. One of them was Intelligent practice of leanring programming (IPLP) for which I received innovative practice award.

My achievements

Authored nine books in the field of computer science and engineering with worlds renowned publishers. Received innovative practice award for teaching and learning. Chaired many conferences.

Brief description about me

I obtained M.Tech. degree in Computer Engineering from NMIMS University and at present I am perusing Ph.D. Computer Science and Engineer. I am life time member of International Journal IJERIA (India), International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (Singapore) and International Association of Engineers (IAENG, Hong Cong).I have written many books in the field of Computer Science &Engineering for Mc-GrawHill, Pearson Education, and University Science Press. Apart from writing books I presented and published Research Papers at National and International conferences and journals. I visited Las Vegas, USA for presenting paper in International Conference. Currently I am associated with various International Journals as Reviewer/Editorial board member. I received.

Influenced by

two person first my mother (guiding me at every stage of my life) and second my students who always motivate me by asking questions sometime I feel that I am unable to answer but at the same time it enables me to explore my knowledge.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

Hard work because there is no substitute of hard work, earn knowledge, it gives wisdom and to become good leader one should have knowledge and wisdom. Above all regularity, passion and hunger in belly to do something.

My role model

two person one is Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose who changed the thinking of British Government and second Chandrasekhar Aazad who said I am "aazad" and he proved it. He was man of his word.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

There is a serious investigation require to change the education system. Most of the time I personally find that faculties are not knowing any concept and teaching wrongly. Teaching learning system is not learner centered.
We need to change the curriculum which should meet the basic requirement by which a learner should able to achieve superior grade and become life long and life wide learners.

More about myself

For changing the Indian educations system I am working on two teaching learning model first Misdirected teaching my apprentice and cumulative experience based teaching learning model. The first model helps the faculty and learner to understand where the things going wrong whereas the second model help the new faculty to utilize the experience of experienced faculty in teaching.
