Understand your responsibility and take the lead. Do not confine yourself only to recruiting and making workplace lovable and the conventional way HR department is handling. Think, how you can take your HRD to next level, how you can transform a non performer to performer, how you can develop human resources who can take challenges. Take the challenge to be a impartial and transparent link between management and employees.
