Not any, I am self directed and self made.

Initiative taken by professionals to develop a country

I think professionals are already do their best, additionally can contribute in educating the rural India. But to have India as a developed country, its in the hands of people who are leading our country politically.

My thought on education system in India

It can't be generalized,it differs with region,people and other social and economic factors.
but based on my own education and what I felt,
1. Our system fails to emphasize the core and most needed understanding like structure or issues of social, political and legal.
2. we are more mark oriented than problem solving and lacks developing creativity.
3. I somehow feel that we could be in deteriorating phase as the level of knowledge or the accuracy of information is not being imparted as it was few years back.

To improve, I think one thing "Well qualified teachers" can resolve most of the issues and improve the quality of education.

Qualities require to be successful

For any IT Infra Analyst, I think a better understanding of all Server operating systems, Networks is necessary to analyze & troubleshoot issues.

My Strongest Skill

I would say its trying to understand a system properly and completely. Asking as many Why's & How's to myself and working towards unanswered & doubtful.
