Advice to upcoming professionals
Recruitment Process is changing day by day and we don't have any defined process. Old tradition way of Recruitment is always helpful , present generation Recruiter does not have much relationship created with the Job Seekers. Recruitment is helping consultants to get there dream Job and Help them to understand Consultant desires. I understand there concern also as most of the requirement are urgent, since Contract Recruitment is growing high we don’t find Recruiter focusing much on relationship and Network.

I suggest every Recruiter create your own image with the consultants and try to help them to understand the needs. Do not Recruit any one like one time shopping concept. Recruiter will be more strong if your good relationship with consultants.
Qualities that we Look For While Hiring:
Basically We look for energy level of the consultant and understanding of our present process. One has to get used to the current process and complete the task in given period. I always look for perfect attitude and interest to learn concept. If the Attitude of the person is not good then it will very hard for him to get into new chapter of professional path.
HR Challenges:
Major challenge we find is we cannot have Perfect Planning Human Resource Strategy since dealing with different clients with different needs. Clients keeping changing in their demands. Everything in a cycle is not defined properly , it all about demand and supply. Since we are in service industry, We all need to have good planning for retaining the Human Resource. Unlike Manufacturing Industry we cannot have defined planning process.
