Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I am in nuclear family, i am born in kolkata, my father is a business man, i am only one son in my family, my mother was a teacher, i am a hard working & committed person.

Job Profile:

I am a It Support coordinator, my first experience in Computer Hardware Support & maintenance in branded computer Desktop & Laptop to Digilit Training Center. assembling & maintenance of computer is one of the primary job. at present i am holding annual maintenance job of variable companies.

Role Model:

My role model is Jayanta Bhattacharya is my teacher, he is inspires & teach to Computer hardware Troubleshooting, of improve & upgraded to my knowledge in latest technology in IT.

Working Life Management:

I like too hard work in my Job, & work is a worship, so i need a very challenging job in my life, so there will be no problem for balancing by hard working. i get full satisfaction by doing hard working job in computers.

Plans For The Future:

I want to stable in information technology - ie in computers. last 12 years i am in IT Sector in different type IT job.

i am taking a decision for five years to change my company & stable in IT sector along the way.

Career Profile:

I am working in IT Support Coordinator in a reputed company, which is very much different from previous company profile,I am worked previously as a resident engineer dealing with 55 users. Now I am working as Branch Support Engineer handling with 32 branches, it is very challenging & exiting job.

The Journey So Far:

Well, it is a lots of trouble, struggling, and ups & downs journey for me, but i am satisfied during this journey to stay in my profession.

Growth Strategy:

I am very much confident to leadership quality to motivate others in a short time. utilizing my vast experience. So I will be developed as a leader with in a few years, and that is my challenge.
