2. By following the above thing we should definitely grab the perfect job. Then we must equip our self by searching and finding new and innovative ideas in order to sustain the job because innovation plays a crucial role to survive the competitive world.
3. We must do the work with entire satisfaction of our superiors. If we commit any mistake we should apologize immediately without any hesitation.

Most influenced factor

After complete my post graduation, i wanted to do something for the society and and decided a teaching profession to spur the young Indian minds towards great success.
To achieve my desire, i tried to pursue PhD. After that i got an opportunity to research under the guidance of Dr. K. Somasundaram, Prof & Head, Dept of Computer Science and Applications, Gandhigram Rural Institute-DU, Dindigul, Tamilnadu.
I thanked god, the almighty to offer a prestigious guide for my PhD. Then due to some peculiar features and innovative mind, i followed him as my role model.

Most flourishing college experience

We won inter-collegiate quiz competition title during my B.Sc(IT) course, scored college first mark in Operating Systems paper. And i secured 84.5% of marks in M.Sc(IT).

Favorite Books and Articles

I recently read Chetan bhagat's One night @ the call center and appraised the funny things made among the friends. I also wondered about the writing skill of Mr. Bhagat.

The students should have an awareness about literacy. Then only they came to know the things needed to have a developed nation. Since students are the backbone of a nation, they have all the responsibilities to keep indian flag fly world-wide.

Family Background

My father is an agriculturist and noon-meal organizer (project of Govt of Tamilnadu to provide nutritious food for all the students freely) and my mother is a home maker and my grandmother is a pensioner.
I have 2 younger brothers. One is completed BE degree and awaiting job and another one is pursuing Diploma course.

Challenges facing by students

A teacher must be answerable to all the questions raised by the students and hence we have to equip our self to meet the needs.
